This Carpinus orientalis are my old men. I love them.

 

Number 1 is about 22-25 years old. Pity, but it's already not in my collection.

2 is much older - 30-33 years. Its roots made me all the time to wait it leave somewhere.

 

3 is the cruel one. Don't it remind you some frightful stories from the childhood? Its age is over 30 too.

Under 4 the water nymph could play their games. Its age is 25-28 years.

 

5 all the time fight the wind. This argues last already nearly 30 years.

6 is the patriarch in my collection. It's over 40 nevertheless it can seem you younger.

 

7 is junior. Its age is only about 15.
